This policy applies to Standard Delivery within New Zealand.
Note: Delivery times and costs outside New Zealand will vary and will be confirmed prior to shipment.
Popsie will fulfil your order in a timely and efficient manner at the courier rates stated by PostHaste or Fastway Couriers, or New Zealand Post (for rural deliveries/PO Boxes/Waiheke Island) plus handling fee.
Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Courier deliveries are made on business days only (Monday - Friday).
If your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days from the day the package was received, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding postal charges.
For your protection all parcels within New Zealand will be sent by courier or registered mail.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:
* Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
* If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate your item and dispatch it to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges apply.

Exchanges and Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases from Popsie. We want you to be 100% satisfied. We will exchange goods that are in a resalable condition, i.e. unopened and unused, but we are not able to exchange products which have been used unless they are faulty (see policy below)
If you would like to exchange your order please follow the instructions below:
* Email email@example.com and tell us the nature of your exchange.
* Return the products to their original packaging and return within 10 days.
We recommend that you return your package using signature required Courier Post. If you use general post your package will not be insured and Popsie cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.
We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error.
It takes a maximum of 15 working days to process the return.
Damaged or defective merchandise and incorrect orders
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us here within 10 days of purchase. We will happily replace or exchange the items to the value of your order.
Contact us here and tell us the nature of your return.
We will arrange with you for a courier to collect the package at a convenient time.
Please do not post your return back to us using general post as you will not be insured for its loss if it is damaged or goes missing.
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
